In December last year (2007) I bought a Canon XTi SLR digital camera, and I must price point to say that the quality of photos and functionality, it was a good buy for me. I had used several point and shoot digital cameras and they were good, but nothing compared to the DSLR.
Whenbecome familiar with the camera I found that there are a number of features that I do not understand properly, and so decided to purchase "Canon ® EOS - 400D Digital Rebel Digital Field Guide" as I walk through the book I found a number of helpful articles from the exploration and setting up the camera and Digital Rebel XTi with the basics of photography, composition, and techniques for great photos.
What I did like about the book was that a whole series of photos the camera hadSettings, was admitted to the photo. For example, on page 189, there was a picture of a nail polish bottle on its side with the nail polish spilled. The book explains how the shot was taken to stop the ISO, F type of lens, camera speed used, etc. This feature I found very interesting and useful because it helps to understand how to take good photos in similar situations .
The book has step by step techniques and provides professional advice for taking pictures in differentSituations such as the fireworks to street scenes, pets, children and so on.
My view on a book that should be in the knapsack of any dSLR on the road with their XTi.

The Canon PowerShot SD800 looks very stylish with its compact structure and rounded edges. Well, not necessarily all good things come to an end, but they break for some time. And this is for the Canon PowerShot SD800 to go. A big grunt, however, is that although it is billed as "no red-eye" camera, red-eye to show up hereand there. Another grievance is that the zoom will not appear on the display. The date and time pressure on the 1600 × 200 pixel images and the 16 MB memory card is too small.

What is the best Canon Digital Rebel - XSi, T1i, X1i Or?
First, let me know your thoughts calm down. There is no "best" camera on this basic entry-level DSLR. So make sure you stick with a large manufacturer such as Canon.
But do not despair. There are some great cameras to choose from.
What you need to do is settle into itself, what your priorities are when buying a new Digital Rebel.
Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. But you probably already know. There is no Rebel X1i ... yet.
I have no idea how this camera manufacturercome with their camera names of up to, but it is certainly confusing, right?
There is a long series of Digital Rebels, starting with the original Digital Rebel 300D. At that time there was no recall 3 character combinations such as XSi, XT1 or JQ2. These letters are hard to remember if you do not already hold one of the cameras they represent. One thing that has remained constant, the number that uses Canon. It started with the 300D and Rebel added to each new entry50. So was the Digital Rebel 350D, 400D, and now we're up to the 500D, which is T1i.
So this article is really whether you should buy a Digital Rebel 450D or 500D.
In the past, has included the Canon Rebel series of cameras approximately every 2 years.

3 "LCD with a resolution of approximately 930,000 pixels vs. 3: LCD monitor with a resolution of approximately 230,000 pixels (This may sound insignificant, what you see on the LCD panel should not take car to buy)
Creative Auto is available (this is only the newer model is a way to get the output of the camera by adding: "Change Photo Filter" - some reviews have stated that the issue is in line ... I prefer this changes in Photoshop or make some otherProcessing software)
Video Capture is (only on the newer model available even if this may be a critical factor for you, reviews have mixed feelings about the video had skills, especially the lack of a good sound recorder)

I think that both cameras a fantastic fit for everyone, with the exception of the extreme amateur or professional photographer would be.
Digital Rebels havealways by their owners fantastic pictures. Mine certainly does not. And these two cameras are no different. Both are highly recommended.
